Returns

We work very hard to make sure you know what you're getting, but we also understand if it doesn't work out.

We accept returns of merchandise in pristine condition within 30 days for a full refund.

Just return the item (carefully wrapped!) and the packing slip to:

We will acknowledge receipt of your return via email, and refund the price of the item to your credit card.

After 30 days, we will accept pristine merchandise for store credit. When we receive the return, we will email you a discount code for the price of the item(s). You can use that to reorder whatever you like, whenever you like.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once we have received your package, we will process your refund in the original form of payment within five business days, and email you a confirmation of the refund. Please remember your bank may take a few days to post the refund to your account once they have received the information from us.

Repairs

Our work is always high quality, but please remember jewelry is delicate. In fact, we break it all the time.

If you need any of our merchandise repaired, we will be happy to return it to the designer. Repair fees are at the discretion of the designer, so please email for an estimate: Service@LittlePretty.com.

If you decide to use a local jeweler to repair anything, our advice is to ask around for recommendations. Find someone who has been in business in your community for a long time, and get an estimate and a detailed receipt for anything you leave with them.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange merchandise that is returned in pristine condition.
