When sending, we advise you to track the package, to insure it at the full price paid, and to not write JEWELRY anywhere on the package. When will my credit card be refunded?Once we have received your package, we will process your refund in the original form of payment within five business days, and email you a confirmation of the refund. Please remember your bank may take a few days to post the refund to your account once they have received the information from us. |
